The Corporation has to submit a Board Resolution or similar document of authorisation.
Legacy Funds
Sign a Legacy Fund agreement with MCF.
Legacy Funds can only be opened by a direct family member. A copy of the Death Certificate of the beneficiary has to be submitted.
Founding Partners
Sign a Founding Partner agreement with MCF.
For institutions, an authorisation document has to be submitted.
Associate Partners
Sign an Agreement or Memorandum of Understanding with MCF.

Volunteers
Submit a Volunteer Registration Form.
